The purpose of this document is to request a reinvestigation of a previous dispute that was denied as " frivolous, false or irrelevant". Credit bureaus will typically use this designation if the same account has been disputed multiple times.

To Whom It May Concern:

RE: FRIVOLOUS LETTER REJECTION

I am in receipt of your letter stating that my dispute of items in my credit report was irrelevant and frivolous. I am upset that your credit reporting agency would try such a blatant stall tactic. I am demanding that you reinvestigate my credit file under the Fair Credit Reporting Act §611 [15 USC §1681i].

Enclosed is a copy of my original letter and credit report with the disputed items highlighted. Additional stall tactics on the part of your organization will be reported to the Federal Trade Commission.

If you have any questions, please contact me at the above address.
