Terms of Service
The Real Estate Credit Coaching, LLC (RECC) and the Credit Coaching System (CCS) assists Client Users (Clients) and Partner Credit Coaches (Partners) in determining the appropriate action necessary to enhance their credit integrity for the purpose of increasing their qualifying credit score. CCS helps each Client to follow a step-by-step process to evaluate their own credit history and spending habits that deepens their understanding of the credit reporting process.
The purpose of achieving a 725 or higher qualifying credit score is based upon traditional credit accounts only and is not combined with authorized user credit or self-reporting payment history. Clients can command the best market interest rate with lower lender fees available at the time of financing large ticket purchases such as primary, second/vacation and investment properties, timeshares, commercial real estate, vacant land, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, lines of credit, educational loans and many forms of insurances and possibly job selection or promotion all benefited from increased credit integrity.
RECC/CCS’s Do-It-Yourself (DIY) method of credit restoration also guards Clients and Partners from hiring or allowing knowingly or unknowingly questionable or illegal third-party involvement or scams that can find themselves penalized with lender program ban, covertly filing bankruptcy, or charged exorbitant credit repair fees as well as avoid court-ordered fines, imprisonment or both of the aforementioned. CCS Clients cannot recruit downlines. Also, CCS Clients do not pay Partners for account access or membership fees for usage. Nor does Partners receive any financial gain from RECC/CCS for signing up Clients.
Our DIY method aids in restoring credit quality without the direct aid of paid experts or professionals. In addition, Clients and Partners will experience firsthand the confidence and joy of their efforts of credit correction or restoration by learning better credit and debt management skill sets. Plus, the money saved from paying third-party vendors allow all discretionary monies to be used to reduce debt balances on active credit or used to paid off and settled derogatory accounts if the user chooses to do so accordingly. Any misuse of a Client or Partner account will jeopardize access to the RECC/CCS platform and can result in termination of services.
The CCS reduces procrastination with proven methods and concise documents without would become obstacles that are attributed to minimizing Clients success rates. CCS helps Clients adhere to specific timelines and keeps them focused on completing their desired goals with:
24-hour, 7-days a week password-protected access.
Do-It-Yourself virtual system.
Easy access by computer, cellphone or tablet.
Budget plan.

Any actions by Clients for intentionally misstatement, misrepresentation, or omission of information relied upon by a lender to fund, purchase, or insure a loan achieved with the use of the CCS creditor and collector letters jeopardizes their access to CCS accounts. RECC/CCS does not approve of Clients and Partners accounts used for criminal offenses that would be prosecuted in either federal or state court charged under wire fraud, bank fraud, mail fraud, or money laundering statutes.
The CCS is for Clients or Partners who have made a personal commitment to enhance their knowledge of the credit reporting process to increase their personal credit scores. RECC DOES NOT guarantee or warrant any financial advancement of its Clients and Partners. CCS account holders understand RECC CANNOT guarantee specific results due to the fact that all results obtained are dependent on a variety of factors, some of which are outside the control of RECC including Clients or Partners ability to repay creditors, the cooperation of Clients or Partners creditors, and the credit reporting agencies ability to verify information provided to them by CCS Clients and Partners account holders.
In addition, Partners also CANNOT use terms or elude to outcomes like “credit repair”, “guarantee” of an outcome, “promise” to secure a future financial transaction, or require Clients to “pledge” or “purchase” as a result of Partners offering this free account with RECC/CCS.
RECC provides a state-of-the-art web-based system including letters, forms, documents and web training to enable Clients to address the majority of credit issues. The CCS takes Clients step-by-step through the credit restoration process, but it is the Client’s ultimate responsibility to remain focused and comply with due dates to achieve the best possible results to increase their credit scores.
Clients of the RECC/CCS platform should never be imposed upon by their Partner by being:
Charged any kind of fee – one-time membership or monthly – to have access to the Credit Coaching System
Charged to be trained on “how-to” use CCS account
Charged to attend ongoing CCS webinars
Insisted upon to use credit repair services or individuals to work on their behalf
Urged not to directly contact credit reporting companies such as original creditors or collection agents
Consult on legal matters or recommend filing bankruptcy
Clients of the RECC/CCS platform should never be instructed by Partners to:
Dispute all derogatory information in credit report — even if known to be accurate
Give false information on applications for credit or a loan
Offer referral fees or give payment to existing Clients for new CCS Clients
Explain your legal rights “incorrectly” when they tell you what you can do for yourself to misguide the laws and statues of proper credit restoration
Participate in any questionable or illegal activities outside the permission of RECC/CCS to usurp the integrity of CCS’ platform or its DIY credit restoration process
Consent
The Real Estate Credit Coaching, LLC (RECC) and the Credit Coaching System (CCS) Client Users (Clients) and Partner Credit Coaches (Partners) accounts provide express “written” consent to Real Estate Credit Coaching (RECC) to contact Clients and Partners by email, webinar for group training or one-on-one coaching, or conference call. Clients and Partners provided phone numbers can be used also for auto dialer, text and pre-recorded messaging via landline and mobile device including SMS and MMS even if Clients and Partners phone numbers are currently listed on any state, federal or corporate Do Not Call list. Standard message and data rates will apply. Consent does not require Clients any condition to purchase other Goods and Services.
All Clients and Partners are personally responsible for the outcome of use of the Credit Coaching System accounts and agree to comply with all RECC policies and rules, including but not limited to training guidelines, not sharing login information or documents with non-CCS account holders, or operating a credit repair service business with CCS account.
Each time a CCS account is accessed, Clients and Partners reaffirms to release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Real Estate Credit Coaching, LLC. its board members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, sponsors, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including imprisonment, that may be sustained by Clients and Partners or induced by any third-party involvement.
Clients and Partners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RECC/CCS from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the Client or Partner due to loss of account use, monetary loss, or criminal activity by knowingly or unknowingly committing civil or criminal crimes.
By accessing RECC/CCS accounts, Clients and Partners acknowledge the Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
The Real Estate Credit Coaching, LLC. (RECC) and Credit Coaching System (CCS) is committed to assuring the privacy of Client Users (Clients) and Partner Credit Coaches (Partners) who have an account. Clients and Partners privacy is held in strict confidence in compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy Act except as authorized to be released by you. RECC/CCS assure Clients and Partners that all “nonpublic personal information” shared both orally and in writing such as your name, address, telephone number, creditor and collector generated letters and any other personal information concerning Clients and Partners account will be protected within legal and ethical considerations.
Privacy Facts
Clients and Partners personal information not collected for other purposes. Clients and Partners personal information housed for Clients and Partners use only. RECC does not determine Clients and Partners financial behavior to offer more credit accounts.
Clients and Partners information is not transferred to Third Parties. However, the following privacy practices detail circumstances under which we may release your information to a third party as permitted by law. Clients and Partners have provided a request to do so, or when RECC/CCS has been served by a valid subpoena.
Partners are not to strangely benefit from Partner-Client relationships. Partners are prohibited from sharing or selling their Clients data to credit repair organizations or individuals. Also, Partners are not allowed to sell credit and non-credit products or services to Clients or receive compensation directly or indirectly in any manner outside their profession or business of real estate agent, mortgage and loan lender, manufactured home sale, finance company, property management, or any sales that opens new credit or loan taking away from the credit restoration process of Clients.
RECC/CCS Contact Relationship Management (CRM) trackers.
Cookies. RECC/CCS tracks usage of creditor and collector letters selected, and other actions made by Clients to give real-time notifications to Partners of the progress each Client triggers within the website. “Cookies” and other devices like pixel tags are used. Independently, externally, Clients and Partners web browser (Google Chrome™, Firefox™, Internet Explorer™, Safari™, etc.) should be set to delete and/or control the use of cookies after each use of the CCS platform, or to permanently opt-out as described below at Clients and Partners discretion.
Web Beacons. No third-party service providers or advertisers or our RECC Partners may use “web beacons” or clear .gifs, or similar technologies, which are small pieces of code placed on a web page to monitor Clients behavior or collect data about viewing web pages. Web beacons may be only used by RECC internally to count Clients and Partners who visit a web page overwhelmingly. RECC/CSS will respond to expand upon a growing trend of financial challenges and develop specific credit recovery tools and resources. RECC/CCS do not allow the collection of personally identifiable information through web beacons.
Opt-out. If Client or Partner no longer wishes to access their CCS account, please send an email to support@creditcoachingsystem.com and place the word “Opt-Out” in the subject line. Also, if a Client has not accessed their account for 1 year, it can be deactivated. If a Partner has not maintained proper relationship with RECC for 2 months, their account can be deactivated for nonuse or payment.
Privacy-Related Violations and Complaints Reports. Please email any privacy violation and complaint against a Client or Partner to support@creditcoachingsystem.com and include the word “Complaint” in the subject line.
If you believe that your CCS Client or Partner account privacy has been compromised, immediately document your request to this email address. RECC will investigate your concerns promptly.
If a Client experiences or has been asked by their Partner to participate in any forbidden activities outlined in the Terms of Service, please email RECC your concerns to this email address. RECC will take the appropriate action to cease and desist the account of the Partner found at fault. Likewise, account termination for a Client willfully engaging in any forbidden activities orchestrated by a Partner or self-perpetuated will also result in the suspension or termination of account.
If warranted, legal actions will pursue from RECC/CCS owners and if necessary, the reporting of this incident to the appropriate local, state or federal regulators against the former Partner or former Client if the violations or complaints breaches the law.
Permission Statement
You understand that by clicking on the “I Agree” checkbox immediately following this notice, you are providing “written instructions” that using the information, tools, and documents and letters located on Real Estate Credit Coaching, LLC. (RECC) Credit Coaching System (CCS) website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement as a Client User to RECC/CCS Terms of Service, Consent and Privacy Policy aforementioned. Also, you are of the age of 18 or older and desire to adhere to the RECC/CCS Do-It-Yourself Credit Restoration process. You may not use the RECC/CCS Platform and you may not accept this Agreement if you are not of a legal age to form a binding contract with Real Estate Credit Coaching, LLC.
If you accept this Agreement, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by it. Before you continue, you should print or save a local copy of this Agreement for your records.
