Terms of Service
The Real Estate Credit Coaching, LLC (RECC) and the Credit Coaching System (CCS) assists Client Users (Clients) and Partner Credit Coaches (Partners) in determining the appropriate action necessary to enhance their credit integrity for the purpose of increasing their qualifying credit score. CCS helps each Client to follow a step-by-step process to evaluate their own credit history and spending habits that deepens their understanding of the credit reporting process.
The purpose of achieving a 725 or higher qualifying credit score is based upon traditional credit accounts only and is not combined with authorized user credit or self-reporting payment history. Clients can command the best market interest rate with lower lender fees available at the time of financing large ticket purchases such as primary, second/vacation and investment properties, timeshares, commercial real estate, vacant land, automobiles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, lines of credit, educational loans and many forms of insurances and possibly job selection or promotion all benefited from increased credit integrity.
RECC/CCS’s Do-It-Yourself (DIY) method of credit restoration also guards Clients and Partners from hiring or allowing knowingly or unknowingly questionable or illegal third-party involvement or scams that can find themselves penalized with lender program ban, covertly filing bankruptcy, or charged exorbitant credit repair fees as well as avoid court-ordered fines, imprisonment or both of the aforementioned. CCS Clients cannot recruit downlines. Also, CCS Clients do not pay Partners for account access or membership fees for usage. Nor does Partners receive any financial gain from RECC/CCS for signing up Clients.
Our DIY method aids in restoring credit quality without the direct aid of paid experts or professionals. In addition, Clients and Partners will experience firsthand the confidence and joy of their efforts of credit correction or restoration by learning better credit and debt management skill sets. Plus, the money saved from paying third-party vendors allow all discretionary monies to be used to reduce debt balances on active credit or used to paid off and settled derogatory accounts if the user chooses to do so accordingly. Any misuse of a Client or Partner account will jeopardize access to the RECC/CCS platform and can result in termination of services.
